Q: WHERE IS THE NEW LOCATION?
We've been keeping it under wraps for awhile now, but we've moved!
You can now find us as 230, 508 24 ave SW. We will be releasing a video of the new space in follow up emails and on instagram - so be sure to stay tuned!
Q: WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Parking at the new location is found around the side of the building and on the upper deck of the parkade. Parking is free for 30 minutes, and then you can add minutes to your session going through the My Parking app through the City of Calgary.
If you're lucky - you might also get a spot parking on 25th ave - which has 2h free parking on the street.
Q: WILL MY SESSION OVERLAP WITH THE NEXT PERSON?
To reduce the amount of contact between clients, we’ve updated our training times so that each appointment is an additional 15 minutes apart. Head to our schedule to see the changes!
Q: WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO KEEP ME SAFE?
We’ve kept our facility squeaky clean for when you come in. We’ll continue to keep things clean, and will be thoroughly sanitizing equipment before, during, and after each class (hence the 15 minute breaks between sessions). For more information on our new protocols, please ask!
Q: HOW MANY PEOPLE AT A TIME IN GROUP SESSIONS?
We’ve lowered the personalized group training classes to a maximum of 2 in each session.
That way, we can allow for 6 feet of social distance between each client. Personalized Group Training clients are also welcome to do 1-1 via Zoom calls for the next 2 months (until Aug 30, 2020) with no surcharge.
Q: CAN I STILL DO ZOOM INSTEAD OF COMING IN?
We’ll continue with the option to train remotely via Zoom, as well as offering remote Rollax classes.
For clients who aren’t ready to come back into the studio just yet, we’ll continue to host your training sessions on Zoom! They've worked for 3 months so no rush to change!
Q: I DON'T SEE 5 and 10 PACKS ONLINE ANYMORE?
We have dropped class packs in exchange for memberships or solo sessions. We find that memberships are the way to go to create long term solutions and habits for optimal performance. With memberships - you get discounts on 'swag' and free Rollax classes, too!
Q: CAN I COME IN IF I FEEL EVEN A LITTLE SICK?
Working out is not only counterproductive when you’re sick, it’s also a safety concern right now. To help protect the well-being of our community, stay home if you have even the slightest of symptoms, and we will make sure you don't get charged any late-cancel fees.
We are monitoring local, provincial, and federal guidelines as well as using common sense.
We missed helping you become your best self or best athlete, but we’re committed to our community’s health. We’ll keep you posted if the situation changes and intend to play it safe.
