What is Rollax?

Learn rolling techniques and functional anatomy, thoughtfully presented through tissue mobilizing protocols and breathing.

Effectively preventing injuries to your fascia, muscle and joints, Rollax is a body therapy resource empowering you through trigger point release, proper posture, anatomy and sensation. Your body and mind learn to be more supple, allowing for an accelerated response and optimal output.
What do I need?

 

1. A yoga mat or clear comfortable space to move

2. A foam roller or medicine ball for more broad release

3. A lacrosse ball (ideal), golf or tennis ball for targeted release
